We're based at S P Heights on the Mumbai Pune Road, right in the Kasarwadi area of Pune. Our official spot is at Survey Number 449/2. Being on the main road makes it easy for us to get to different sites, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We are 43 RAHATANI CONSTRUCTION LLP. We’ve been working in this part of Pune for a good while. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller team, and we mostly focus on residential and small commercial work. We don't have a fancy office setup with marble floors. It’s a functional space where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Most of our time is spent out in the sun at the construction sites. Building things in Pune has its own set of challenges, from getting the right materials to finding skilled labor. We just take it one day at a time. We don't promise things we can't do. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. We prefer being direct like that. The area around Kasarwadi is quite industrial and busy, which fits our style of working. We’re just regular guys who understand how to put a building together. We’ve seen a lot of changes on the Mumbai Pune Road over the years, and we're just happy to be a part of the local business community here.
