You can find 3M Energy Systems over in Rajguru Nagar, right on Dr Rajkumar Road. We’re in the Prakashnagar area, tucked behind the ST Stand. Being near the bus stand means it’s always lively around here. There’s a lot of dust and the constant sound of buses pulling in and out all day long. We work on energy systems, which sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is when you’re doing it every single day. Our office is full of spare parts, wires, and old clipboards. We aren't the type to have a polished showroom with bright lights. Most of the time, the guys are out on a site or in the back checking the inventory. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the afternoon slump. It’s a small operation, so everyone does a bit of everything around here. One minute you’re answering the phone, and the next you’re helping load a truck for a delivery. We’ve been in this part of Rajguru Nagar for a few years now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the new buildings, we’ve stayed in the same spot behind the stand. It’s convenient for our workers who take the bus to get here. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. We just try to fix what’s broken and set up new systems when people ask for them. It’s a noisy, busy place, but it’s where we work.
