We are based out of Block No. 35 on Sadhu Waswani Road. It’s an easy place to find once you know where Building G 4 is. 3C Buildcon Llp is run by a few of us who just like getting things built. I. A. Chauhan’s place is where we keep our main files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time on site, so if you call and nobody picks up, we are probably out looking at a foundation or checking materials. It’s a lot of running around. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take six months, we say six months. We don't like overpromising. It’s better to be straight with people. The neighborhood here is pretty quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on drawings. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up on the weekends. Working in construction means your boots are always dusty. We’ve been through a lot of projects together as a group. Every day is a bit different. One day it’s steel prices, the next it’s rain stopping the work. We just keep moving forward and try to do a solid job for whoever walks through the door and needs our help with their project.
