22Homes Private Limited is based out of the Kondhwa Budruk area. Specifically, we are at Tassu Enclave, which is at Sr No. 46/15/1, Flat 23. We are located near Ashoka Mews, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find. The office is a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels a bit like a home, which I guess is fitting given our name. We have a few rooms filled with desks, rolls of blueprints, and samples of tiles or paint. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. Kondhwa is a growing area, and being right here helps us stay connected to the local market. We spend a lot of time talking to families and individuals about what they need in a home. It’s not just about the bricks and mortar; it’s about making sure the layout makes sense for real people. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. We’re more likely to be seen in jeans and t-shirts than suits. We do our own site visits and often end up getting our shoes dirty. It’s a hands-on job and we wouldn't have it any other way. There is always a lot to do, from managing the budget to checking on the plumbers. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure each house we work on is built properly and looks the way it should.
