We set up Shri Guru Hargovind Ji Sahib Farmerproducer Company Limited right here in Puranpur Ram Nagar. It is mostly a group of us from the Jatpura area working on our land. The office is out in Post Jatpura in Pilibhit, which is where most of our families have been for a long time. Farming is what we know. It is not always easy with the weather and the markets, but being a company helps us talk to people together instead of alone. We spend most days out in the fields or checking on the equipment. Sometimes we meet at the address here in Pilibhit 262122 to discuss what to plant next or how to get the seeds we need. It is not fancy. We have some basic tools and a place to keep the paperwork. People around here know us as neighbors first. We just wanted to make sure our crops get to where they need to go without too much trouble. It takes a lot of work to keep things moving. We handle the local crops that grow well in this soil. If you come by Ram Nagar, you will see the fields we are talking about. We keep the books in order at the house and try to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. It is just a bunch of local folks trying to keep the farming tradition going while figuring out the business side of things. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Every season brings a new set of problems to solve but we do it together as a team of neighbors.
