Serf Agro Indian Producer Company Limited

Our place is in Jyora Kalanpur, over in the Bisalpur area of Pilibhit. Around here, agriculture is just what everyone does, so starting this producer company felt like the right move for the local community. We are not some big corporation with thousands of employees. It is mostly a group of us trying to get things sorted for the farms nearby. Being in Uttar Pradesh, especially a place like Pilibhit, you get used to the pace of rural life. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their harvests and what they need for the next season. The office is right there in the village, so people just drop by when they have a problem or just want to see what is going on. It can get pretty busy during the harvest months, and sometimes we are just running around trying to keep up. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the work that needs doing every day. It's about getting the crops moved and making sure the farmers get what they need. Sometimes the roads are bad or the rain comes at the wrong time, but that is just how it goes. We have been working from this spot for a bit now, and we know the land around Jyora Kalanpur pretty well. It’s just us, trying to make the agro business work for the people living right here in our district without any fuss.
