Our company is based out of Ranveer Singh’s place in Manpur Banda, which is in the Bisalpur area of Pilibhit. It’s a very rural setting, surrounded by the kind of farmland that Pilibhit is famous for. We are a group of farmers who decided to work together as a producer company. Most days involve us sitting around and discussing the best way to handle the upcoming season. It’s not a formal office environment; it’s more like a gathering at a neighbor’s house. We have some basic paperwork to do to keep the company running, but the focus is always on the land. You won't find any polished floors or corporate suits here. We wear our everyday clothes and spend half the time walking through the fields to check on the crops. The roads out here in Bilsanda can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area and the people. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone has a problem with their yield, they just come over to the house and we talk it out. It’s a slow pace of life but the work is important to us and our families in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We don't bother with fancy offices.
