You can find Vitthal College Of Education over at 469 and 459/389 on Ranjan Path. We are right in the middle of Danapur Bazar in Patna. It’s a very crowded area with people buying things and motorbikes zooming past all the time. Being in the 801503 area means we are right in the thick of it. We mostly deal with people who want to become teachers. They come here for their training, and we try to give them the space they need to learn the ropes. The building isn't new, and it has that old Patna feel to it. We spend a lot of time in the office dealing with the university forms and making sure the schedules are posted on the board correctly. Sometimes the tea stall next door is the best place to talk about how the classes are going. It’s not some big corporate training center with air conditioning in every room. It’s a local college. We have desks that have seen a lot of use and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the teaching gets done. The students here are hardworking folks from the surrounding villages and the city. We open early and stay until the last lecture is over. It’s just how we run things here on Ranjan Path. No big speeches or fancy slogans, just daily work and teaching people how to manage a classroom.
