Deeksa Career Solution

Our place is at Mamta, C/O Shree Shiv Chaudhary in Kurji Magadh Colony, near the Sadakat Ashram in Patna. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you get here, it’s a friendly enough spot. We started Deeksa Career Solution because we saw so many young people in Patna struggling to figure out what to do after school. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a room with some tables and some old chairs where we sit down and talk to students. We look at what they’re good at and try to point them in the right direction for a job or a course. Sometimes we help them write their first resume or practice how to talk in an interview. It’s simple, honest work. We know the schools around here and we know what the local companies are looking for. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. We don't make big promises about getting everyone a high-paying job. We just try to give them some practical advice that might actually work. The colony is usually quiet, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. People come to us through friends mostly. We keep things low-key and just focus on helping whoever walks through the door. It’s just us doing our part for the neighborhood kids.
