Our office is located inside the Maurya Hotel premises, right by South Gandhi Maidan. It's a very central part of Patna, so there is always something going on outside. We spend our days dealing with travel arrangements and helping people get where they need to go. Being near Gandhi Maidan means we see a lot of the city's events right from our doorstep. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the crowds gather. We aren't a huge group, just a few of us making sure tickets are booked and itineraries are set. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than a local travel desk. Most of our work is done on the phone or over a desk cluttered with papers. We've been in this location for a good bit of time. People coming to the hotel often drop by to ask about local spots or how to get a ride to the station. We try to be helpful without making a fuss about it. The office gets a bit dusty like everywhere else in the city, but we keep the computers running. Gandhi Maidan is like the heart of the city, and being on the south side of it keeps us right in the middle of everything. It's a practical setup. We handle the logistics so people don't have to worry about the small details of their trips. It's just regular work for us and we've gotten used to the pace.
