You can find us in the Khagaul area of Patna, specifically in Garikhana. We are located behind the Bank of India on Cantt. Road, and the office is care of Sri Baikunth Singh. It’s a bit of a quiet spot tucked away from the main road, but it’s easy enough to find once you see the bank. We’ve been here for a while now, handling all sorts of travel and airline matters. It is a very basic setup, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people who come in to see us. We don't have any of that corporate polish you might expect from a big company name. We are just a few people trying to help travelers with their plans. The road outside can get a bit messy during the rains, but we just deal with it. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. We don't use any big words or promotional phrases. If someone needs a ticket, we check the system and tell them the price. It is as simple as that. We know the people in Garikhana well and we like being part of the community here. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads. We just focus on getting the job done and being decent to whoever walks through the door. It’s a local way of working.
