So, this is the spot on Exhibition Road in Patna. It’s Alok Kr Nirala running things here at Anjali Travel. It’s pretty loud outside most of the time because of all the traffic. We sit in here and look at ticket prices and routes all day. People walk in wanting to go to all sorts of places, maybe for a wedding or just to see family. We have our computers and some old files. It’s not one of those high-end places with glass walls. It’s just an office where we get work done. We know the train schedules and which buses are running late. If you need a ticket, you come talk to us. We’ve been in Patna a long time. Exhibition Road is where everything happens anyway. We share the space and keep the tea flowing. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big marketing team. It's just Alok and the rest of us making sure people get where they need to be. We handle the bookings and try to make sure nobody gets stuck. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down. If you need something, you just come by the office. We are right there in the middle of the city. We keep it simple and just do the bookings for whoever comes in.
