The Agencies

The Agencies is located at House No 1 on Road No 17 in S K Nagar, which is part of the Kidwaipuri area. We are quite close to the State Bank, so it’s a convenient spot for people who are already doing their errands in the neighborhood. Unlike the big offices on the main roads, our place has more of a quiet, local feel because it’s tucked into a residential street. We handle a variety of travel-related tasks, mostly focusing on making sure people get their tickets and documents without too much trouble. Our office setup is pretty plain, just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and files. We don’t really do any fancy marketing; we just rely on folks in Kidwaipuri knowing we are here. When someone comes in, we usually offer them a seat and just talk through what they are looking for, whether it's a quick trip nearby or something further away. It can get a little cluttered with all the papers and ledgers we keep, but we know where everything is. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, though we do get busy when everyone wants to travel at the same time during the festivals. It is just a practical, local office where we do our work and help out the people who live around here. We’ve been at this same house for a while and it suits the way we do things.
