Swan Travels

Swan Travels is based in the Biscomaun Building, which is a very tall and well-known landmark in Patna. We are at shop number 4, right near West Gandhi Maidan. If you are in the Gandhi Maidan area, you can’t really miss this building. It’s a busy place with lots of different offices and people walking around. Our space is small but it serves our needs. We have been working here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with travel bookings for people who need to get around Bihar or go further away. We sit near the window sometimes and watch the traffic around the Maidan. It can be quite a sight during rallies or festivals. Our office is filled with ledgers and some old calendars on the walls. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations or new furniture. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually finding a way for someone to travel on a tight budget. People come to us because we have been in this building for years and they know where to find us. We don’t use any special marketing tricks. We just answer the phone, talk to the people who walk in, and try to get their travel sorted. It is a very normal, everyday business. Sometimes we run out of tea or the printer acts up, but we keep going.
