Swagatam Tour & Travels is found in Dr. Dhukkan Ram Plaza on Exhibition Road, specifically located below the Karnataka Bank. Having the bank right above us is handy because it’s a landmark everyone can spot. Our office is a straightforward place where we take care of travel arrangements for anyone who drops by. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we have enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs. Most of the work involves checking ticket prices and making sure travel dates line up correctly for our clients. Exhibition Road is a very hectic part of Patna, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside the plaza. We are used to the fast pace and the constant stream of people walking by. Inside, we just focus on the computer screens and the paperwork. We don't really have a big staff, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you visit. It's not a corporate environment; it's more like a local shop where we know a lot of the regular customers by name. We handle various travel needs without any fuss. If the internet is working well, things go quickly, and if not, we just wait and try again. It's just the way things go in a small office like ours. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
