Surbhi Travels

Our office, Surbhi Travels, is on the first floor of Harigovind Bhawan. It is right on Dak Bunglow Road, which is basically the heart of Patna. Being beside Shashi Complex means there's always something going on outside. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Once you're inside, it’s just a standard workspace. We’ve got a few computers and a lot of maps. We spend our time booking trips and talking to drivers. It gets loud with the traffic from the main road, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some fancy travel club. We just help people find a way to get from point A to point B without a lot of fuss. Most of our clients are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just regular folks. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at the front desk. We handle bus bookings, cars, and whatever else people need for their travels. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of Dak Bunglow Road. Sometimes we run out of chai by midday because so many people stop by to ask questions. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. We just do our work, talk to the locals, and go home when the sun goes down.
