Super Travel Agency

We are located at Super Travel Agency on the ground floor of Uma Complex. This is on Frazer Road in Patna, right near the Mourya Hotel. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the hotel is. Our office is easy to walk into since it is on the ground floor. We have been sitting at this desk for a long time, helping people plan their trips. Whether it’s a bus ticket or a car rental, we just look at what’s available and let the customers know the details. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know the travel business well. The office has some old maps on the wall and a lot of paper everywhere. We use a basic computer for our bookings. Frazer Road is always crowded and noisy, but inside the complex, it is a little bit more relaxed. People come in with all kinds of questions about where to go and how much it will cost. We don't give them a sales pitch; we just give them the facts and the prices we have in front of us. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we have a lot of customers at once and it gets a bit hectic, but we try to talk to everyone. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates match up. That is what we do here every day.
