Shayaan Travel Agency is over at Grand Plaza on Frazer Road. We are in unit B 20. Frazer Road is a pretty famous part of Patna, so most people don't have a hard time finding the building. It’s a big plaza with a lot of other offices and shops inside. We’ve been here for a bit now. We handle travel bookings and things like that. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone, and trying to get things sorted for people. The office is pretty basic. Nothing fancy or high-tech. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look things up. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Patna heat. Outside, the street is always loud. There’s always someone honking a horn or shouting. But inside the plaza, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just help people buy tickets or plan their trips. It’s straightforward work. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We like it that way. It’s more personal. If you’re walking down Frazer Road, you can just pop into Grand Plaza and find us in the B block. We don't do much advertising. People just find us through word of mouth mostly.
