Our place is at H.No-B-10 in the B.K. Dutt area, right near Lodhi Road. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and Sethi Caterers And Hospitality Pvt Ltd. has been here for quite a while. This isn't just an office; it’s where we manage the hospitality and catering side of things. You can usually smell something cooking nearby, even if the main prep happens elsewhere. The building itself is an older house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have a lot of large pots, trays, and serving equipment stored around. It’s a bit of a juggle to keep everything organized, especially when we have three or four events happening on the same weekend. The staff is always coming and going, checking lists and loading up vans. Lodhi Road is a busy area, so we have to be quick with the parking and loading. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to visit. Most of our work is done over the phone or out at the event venues. Inside, it’s mostly desks covered in menus and booking sheets. We’ve got a small kitchen area for testing out new ideas, but most of the space is for the logistics of moving food and people. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially during the wedding season. We just focus on getting the food delivered on time and making sure we haven't forgotten the extra napkins or the serving spoons.
