Starts at Naubatpur, near Patna. A.K Sharma’s place in Taret. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. People come by when they're hungry. We don't have some big corporate speech ready. It's just a restaurant. Sometimes the power goes out, sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's quiet. We deal with the vegetables coming in from the local market. It’s a lot of work in the kitchen. If you're looking for us, you just head down to Naubatpur. It’s not hard to find if you know the area. We’ve been part of this spot for a bit now. We just try to get the food out right. It’s not always perfect but we try. No fancy uniforms or anything, just plain shirts and getting things done. The address is C/O-A.K Sharma in Taret. You see the signs around. It gets dusty outside but inside we keep it as tidy as we can. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping people fed. It's just a regular local business. We know the neighbors. We know the guys who drive the trucks through here. If you stop by, you'll see how it is. Just a normal place in Bihar. Nothing more to it than that. We just stay busy and keep the doors open for whoever walks in. That's about it really. It is just food and local folks eating together.
