R.S.Tour & Travles Co. is based in Patna, right inside the C.R.D Canteen on Birchand Patel Path. We are located with Maqsood Alam. It is not the kind of place you would expect a travel company to be, but it works for us. We have been here for a long time. People come in while they are getting a bite to eat and ask about train tickets or bus bookings. It is very informal. We have a couple of desks and a computer that sometimes takes forever to load. Patna is a busy place and Birchand Patel Path is one of those roads that never seems to go quiet. We deal with a lot of regular people who just want to get from one place to another without a lot of trouble. We do not have any big travel posters or fancy lights. It is just a small corner where we handle the bookings. Sometimes we run out of forms and have to go get more. Maqsood is usually around if anyone needs something specific. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have any marketing team or anything like that. It is just us helping out folks with their travel plans. If the trains are late, we hear about it first. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
