Patliputra Cabs & Tickets

We are located on Road No 6 in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a bit different from the main market areas of Patna since it feels more like a neighborhood here. Patliputra Cabs & Tickets is basically a small office where we handle all sorts of travel stuff. We do cab bookings and help people get their tickets sorted out. It’s not a very big place, just a room with some desks and a couple of computers. We aren't trying to be some big corporate brand. We are just local people helping other local people get around. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to ask about train timings or to see if we can get them a taxi for a late-night flight. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers or checking ticket availability online. Rajiv Nagar is a nice area, and we like being based here instead of the super crowded city center. The work is mostly routine. We open up in the morning, check our messages, and start planning the day's pickups. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. If the trains are full, we say so. If a cab is going to be ten minutes late because of the Rajiv Nagar traffic, we let them know. It’s just about getting the job done without too much fuss. We stay open until the last booking is handled properly.
