You can find Om Shanti Travel over on Indira Nagar Road No 6. We are pretty close to the Mithapur Bus Stand, which is a very busy area. There’s always buses coming in and out, and plenty of people moving about. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s more like a local shop where you can stop by and chat. We deal with travel arrangements, mostly for people who are heading out of the city or coming in from other parts of Bihar. The road outside can get a bit dusty and loud because of all the bus traffic, but we’re used to it. Sometimes we just sit outside when it’s not too hot and watch the world go by. We aren't trying to be the most famous travel agency around. We just want to do our work and help people out. Most of the people who come to us are from the neighborhood or people who just stepped off a bus at Mithapur. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads. It’s all very old-school. We write things down, we make some calls, and we get the job done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how life is. We’re just regular people working in a regular part of Patna. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We like being near the bus stand.
