You’ll find our little shop at number 10 in the Madmi Musafir Khana, which is really close to Patna Junction. Because we are so near the railway station, there’s a constant stream of people passing by. It’s a very active spot, with all the sounds and smells of the station area. We’ve been here for a long time, helping travelers who just got off a train or are getting ready to catch one. We handle car rentals and help with planning tours around the region. The office is small and crowded with ledgers and maps. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place where we work and talk to our customers. We don't use any complicated language or sales pitches. People come in, ask for a price, and we tell them what we can do. It's straightforward. Being near the Junction means we have to be ready for anything, as plans change fast when trains are involved. We know the local area very well and can usually give some advice on how to get around without getting stuck in the worst of the traffic. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been working for us. We just focus on getting people to their destinations safely. There’s no need for anything more than that. It's a busy life but we're used to it and the crowds don't bother us anymore.
