Moon Travel

Moon Travel is located at G 1 in the Additiya Vikash Complex here in Patna. We are right beside the old Ashok Cinema on Budh Marg, which is a landmark most people in this neighborhood know well. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for the daily work we do. Most of the day is spent handling train and flight bookings for people who don't want to deal with the online systems themselves. It can get quite hectic during the wedding season or when holidays are coming up. People come in with all sorts of requests, some simple and some a bit more complicated. We just sit at our desks and try to find the right routes and timings. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and confirming availability on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out while chatting with the customers. We have some regular folks who have been coming to us for years whenever they need to travel. The space is simple, just some chairs for people to wait and our work stations. We don't have any fancy marketing or big slogans. It’s just about getting the tickets printed and making sure the details are correct. Being near Ashok Cinema means there’s always some activity outside. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. It is just a local business trying to help people get where they need to go.
