Mahan Flyash Brick

You can find us over in Bhabha Colony, right on 90 Feet Road in the Hanuman Nagar part of Kankarbagh. We are pretty close to the Bharat Gas Agency, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. This area is always moving, and we have been part of it for some time now. Making flyash bricks is what we do here. The yard is usually full of grey stacks of bricks waiting for the tractors to pick them up. It gets pretty loud with the mixing machines going, and the dust is just something we have learned to live with. I usually get here around seven in the morning to open the gates. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or bike in. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just a board out front with the name Mahan Flyash Brick on it. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, but we try to keep it within the daylight hours. Our office is just a small corner in the shed where we keep the ledgers. It is a bit cramped, especially when we have more than two people inside. We just focus on getting the bricks made and loaded. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. The 90 Feet Road is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment around the site. We just keep working hard and getting things done for the local builders.
