We’re based out of Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s a place built on hard work and industry. We don’t have a fancy glass office with a view of a park. We’re right in the thick of the city where things are actually being made. The air here has that specific industrial feel, and we’ve grown to like it. Our office is pretty basic. We have some heavy desks, some old filing cabinets that have been around since we started, and a few fans that hum all day long. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re from a big city like Mumbai. We’re Bokaro people through and through. We show up, we do our work, and we go home. The people who work here have been with us for years, so we’re more like a group of friends than just coworkers. We handle everything from this small spot in Jharkhand. It might get a bit dusty with all the activity in the city, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. It’s a straightforward business run by straightforward people. We like the honesty of this city and we try to bring that same feeling to our work.
