We operate out of Churi Market in the Kadam Kuan area of Patna. The address is quite specific, located c/o Satya Narayan Saw. It is right in the middle of a very busy market, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you are driving. Most people just walk through the narrow lanes. The office is small and usually filled with the sounds of the market outside. We handle airline-related matters, but the setting is definitely more local than what you might see at an actual airport. There are chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and the walls have some old posters and some notices. We spend a lot of time on the telephone talking to the main offices or helping people with their flight queries. It is a bit of a cramped space because we have a lot of ledgers and documents kept in the corners. The 800003 pin code area is one of the older parts of Patna, so the building has its quirks, like a staircase that is a bit too steep. We do not have fancy uniforms or anything; it is just us in our regular clothes trying to keep everything organized. It is a busy, slightly chaotic environment, but we are used to it and we know how to find what we need amidst all the papers and the noise. We just keep things moving.
