Jet Airways

Jet Airways has a small office setup here in Patna, but it’s not what you might expect. We are actually located in the Anup Vihar Apartment, specifically in Flat No 302. It’s over in Nandan Puri, on Ambedkar Path in the Khajpura area. Working out of an apartment is a bit different from being in a big airport terminal, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things and help people with their travel questions from this flat. It’s a residential building, so it’s usually pretty quiet, except when the neighbors are around. We have a few desks set up in the main room of the apartment. It feels a bit like home, which is nice in its own way. Patna can be a very busy city, so being tucked away in Nandan Puri gives us a little bit of a break from the noise. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. Most people find us by looking for Flat 302. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer, dealing with flight schedules and passenger details. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Ambedkar Path. It’s a simple, local way to run things for a name as big as Jet Airways, but it suits our needs for now.
