We are located in Room 301 of the Sara Apartment in Haroon Nagar, Sector 1. This is in the Phulwarishareef area of Patna. The apartment building is a busy place with lots of families living around us. Being on the third floor, we have a bit of a view of the street below where the rickshaws and motorbikes are always moving. Our office handles the regional paperwork and administrative support for the airline. It’s a small setup with a few computers, some filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there’s a very specific reason to do so. Mostly, we are just working through the daily lists and making sure the reports are sent to the main office on time. The heat in Patna can be quite something, so we are grateful for the cooler air inside the apartment. We have a small corner for making tea and snacks. It’s not a public ticket counter, so we don't get many walk-in customers. It’s mostly just us and the sounds of the neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we like the location. It’s convenient for getting to the airport when we need to. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. It’s a quiet, steady way to handle the airline's local business every single day.
