Jai Mata Di, Cyber Cafe, Patna

This is Jai Mata Di, the cyber cafe run by Gulshan Kumar here in Patna City. We are located at East Nandgola Ghat, specifically near Malsalami. My father is Mr. Dayanand Pd. Yadav, and this is our family-run spot. We’ve got a few computers set up for people who need to check their mail or print out documents for school or work. It’s a simple shop, nothing too flashy. We have the usual printers and some scanners that work most of the time. Sometimes the electricity goes out, which is common in this part of Patna, but we try to manage. People from the neighborhood come in to fill out forms or get photos taken. We are right there by the ghat, so it’s a familiar place for everyone around here. It’s not just a business; it’s where we spend our whole day. We help people who aren't very good with computers to get their tasks done. The address is easy to find if you know Malsalami. We have been here at East Nandgola Ghat for quite a while now. It’s a small space, usually smelling like paper and electronics. We just do our best to help whoever walks through the door. If you need something typed up or searched on the internet, this is where we do it. Sometimes the kids come in to play games if we have a spare computer, which adds to the noise.
