Our office is located at LG-12 on the ground floor of the Grand Chandra Apartment on Fraser Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Durdarshan Kendra. It’s a well-known spot in Patna, so most people don't have trouble finding the building. Jai Mata Dee Tour & Travels is where we work every day, handling different kinds of travel requests. It’s on the ground floor, so people don’t have to climb a lot of stairs to reach us. Inside, it’s just a standard office space with a couple of computers and some files stacked up here and there. We spend our time checking train timings or booking cars for people who need to go out of town for work or family. The traffic on Fraser Road is usually quite loud, so we hear the horns all day long. We’ve been at this location for some time now. People come to us when they are confused about their travel plans or just want someone else to handle the booking. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the usual stuff to get the job done. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but we manage. We aren't some big corporation. It is just a few of us here making sure the bookings are correct and the drivers know where they are going. We try to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone.
