This place in Patna is right on Budh Marg. If you're walking down that way, you can't really miss the IIBM building. It’s one of those spots that feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood for a long time. Patna can get pretty crowded, especially around this area, so things are always moving outside our doors. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through files and talking to people who come in. We don’t have those shiny glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we get things done. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing. The heat in the summer can be something else, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. Most of the staff here have their favorite tea stall just around the corner where we take short breaks. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks who pass by every morning. It’s not about being some huge institution; it’s more about the people who are here every day. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or helping someone find the right office. There’s a lot of history in these walls, even if it’s just the everyday kind. We like it here on Budh Marg because it feels central. You get used to the noise of the city after a while.
