Hr Executive

We are tucked away inside Patna Market at Ashok Market, specifically at 3-Ashok Market, C/O Jain Brothers. Patna-4 is a crowded area, and our spot is right in the thick of it. Hr Executive is what we call ourselves, and we basically spend our time helping folks find work or helping businesses find the right staff. It’s a small operation. Being care of Jain Brothers means we share some space or are located right with them, which is common in these older markets. The market is always loud with people shouting and bikes squeezing through narrow gaps. Our office is simple, just some chairs, desks, and a lot of paper. It gets quite hot in Patna, so the fan is always running at full speed. We talk to a lot of young people looking for their first jobs and also older workers trying to switch things up. It’s interesting to hear everyone’s story and see what they are looking for. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just enough so people can find us if they look carefully. The market atmosphere is something you get used to after a while. We grab lunch from the local stalls most days. It’s not a quiet life, but it’s how things are done here in Patna-4. We just keep at it, day after day, matching people with the right roles.
