Global Trip

Global Trip is located at 19A in Ashiana Tower, right on Exhibition Road. We are sitting right beside the HDFC Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their banking. The office is a small, efficient space where we handle all the day-to-day tasks of a travel agency. We spend most of our time on the phone or computer, looking for the best way to get people from one place to another. Ashiana Tower is a very well-known building in Patna, so we get a fair amount of walk-in traffic from people who are just in the area. Our setup is simple with just the essentials for doing our jobs. We don’t use any big words or complicated processes; we just listen to what people need and see what we can find for them in the system. Sometimes it takes a little while to get everything confirmed, but we just keep at it until it’s done. The noise from the street is a constant background here, but it doesn't bother us much anymore. We have a small table where we keep some brochures, but mostly we just work directly with the customers on whatever they require. It is a very normal, local operation where we value being practical and getting the tickets into people's hands. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it works well for us.
