Global Jetage Travel Services is tucked away in room 101 of the Dukhan Ram Plaza on Exhibition Road. It is right across from Ashiana Tower, which is a big landmark that most people in Patna know well. Our office is a modest space where we handle all sorts of travel bookings and paperwork. Exhibition Road is always packed with people and cars, so it can be a bit of a scramble to get here sometimes, but we are easy enough to find once you are in the plaza. We have been working from this spot for a while now, dealing with everything from flight tickets to helping people figure out their itineraries. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel with stacks of brochures and notebooks scattered around the desks. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. Often, people come in with a lot of questions about where to go or how much a trip will cost, and we just do our best to find the answers on our screens. It’s not a quiet place because of the street noise, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever is sitting across from us at the time. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, helping the local community get where they need to go.
