We are based out of Patna, specifically in the B.S.E.B. Colony. Our office is tucked away at Qr No Cab D/11, near the Shastri Nagar post office. First Degrees Executive Search Pvt.Ltd. is what we call ourselves. It’s basically us looking for the right people for different jobs. Patna is a busy place, and being in the colony gives us a bit of a steady environment to work in. It’s not a high-rise glass building or anything like that. Just a regular space where we sit down with resumes and talk to people on the phone all day. Bihar has a lot of talent, and we spend our time trying to figure out where everyone fits. The heat can be a lot sometimes, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy. It's mostly just sorting through files and trying to match what a company needs with someone who actually wants to work. It can be a slow process sometimes, but that’s just how hiring goes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors know us, and it feels like a decent place to run a business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We find people for jobs. That’s about it. If you find yourself in the Shastri Nagar area, you might walk right past us without realizing it’s an office. We like it that way because it keeps things quiet. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
