The office is tucked away in New Yarpur, Patna, right at Radha Kunj. It’s actually the house of Late Jagat Pal Sahay, and Mr. Ujjawal Kr. Sinha is the one running things here. It doesn't feel like a big corporate office at all. It's more like a home where we do insurance work. We have a lot of files about life insurance policies piled up on the desks. Patna can be quite loud outside, but inside here, it’s mostly just the sound of pens clicking and some quiet talk about premiums and renewals. Neighbors walk by and wave since they’ve known the family for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady spot where people can come to sort out their LIC papers. Sometimes the printer jams, and we have to spend ten minutes fixing it while a client waits and chats with us. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby with a TV. It’s just chairs, tables, and a lot of paper. People come in, sit down, and we go over their details. Most of the time, we’re just catching up on entries and making sure everything is filed right. It’s a bit cramped with all the registers, but it works for what we do. We like being in this part of Patna because it’s familiar. Just a regular day for us at the Radha Kunj office.
