We are located over in Patna, specifically in the Sushil Apartment building. It’s Flat 105 on North Park Road in Block-B. If you know the Kadamkuan area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. Working at Mars Dial Net Pvt. Ltd. usually means dealing with a lot of technical stuff and cables. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. We spend our hours looking at screens and trying to make sure the network stuff is actually working like it should. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Patna, so we have to deal with that too. We aren't some big corporate firm with glass walls and suit-wearing bosses. It’s just a group of us sitting in a flat, getting through the daily list of tasks. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s where most of the talking happens. People walk in and out, and the doorbell rings more than you’d think. North Park Road always has something going on outside, so there’s never a quiet moment. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know where to find us. It’s practical work. We don't try to act like we're doing anything world-changing; we just keep the connections running for the people who need them. It gets the job done without needing to be flashy about it.
