Hr Solutions

Hr Solutions is based at 164, Patliputra Colony. It is a regular building that we have turned into an office space. We mostly spend our time looking at stacks of resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. Finding work is hard these days, and we try to help out where we can. We do not have any expensive furniture or a big team of recruiters. It is just a few of us who know the local companies and what they are looking for in a worker. The colony is a nice, quiet area which makes it easier to conduct interviews without too much noise from the street. Some days we have people lining up outside, and other days it is just us catching up on emails. We do not use any of those automated systems to filter people out. We prefer to read the papers ourselves and see if someone has the right attitude for the job. It takes more time that way, but it feels more right. We have helped a lot of neighbors find their first jobs or move up to something better. If you stop by, just knock on the door. We are usually there from nine until late in the evening. There is no big secret to what we do, just persistence and a bit of patience. We just keep working until we find a match that sticks.
