Alcatel-Lucent (Alums)

Alcatel-Lucent, or Alums as some call it here, is located in Raja Bazar, Patna. Specifically, we are in Apartment 204-B of Apna Apts in Samanpura. If you’ve ever been through Raja Bazar, you know the traffic can be a total nightmare. It’s one of the busiest parts of the city. Our office is tucked away in this apartment complex, which gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the main road. It’s a functional space where we handle telecom-related work and maintenance. Patna isn't always the easiest place to run a tech-heavy operation, but we’ve made it work for a long time. The office is basically a few rooms filled with testing equipment, spare parts, and some old desks. We aren't a big flashy branch; it’s more of a local hub for the technical guys who go out into the field. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time waiting for parts to arrive or coordinating with teams in other cities. The apartment is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we get by. It’s not a place for meetings with fancy clients. It’s a place for work. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air, though the view is just more buildings. It’s a gritty, real-world setup that reflects the hard work we do every day in the city. We just keep things moving.
