Adept Consultants is over in Jamshedpur, specifically in the Tinplate Colony area. Our office is at 10F M.S Flat on Pipal Road. If you know Jamshedpur, you know it is a steel town through and through. Everything here revolves around the plants and the workers. We are tucked away in a residential flat, which makes it feel less like a cold office and more like a normal workspace. The trees on Pipal Road give some good shade during the hot afternoons. We do consulting work for various local needs. It is a lot of meetings and looking at project plans. Jamshedpur is a well-planned city, so getting around is not too bad compared to other places in Jharkhand. Our team is small. We have known each other for a long time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a report, and you can hear the distant sounds of the city settling down. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know where we are. The flat is a bit old, and the stairs creak a little. It adds character, I guess. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It is a simple setup for simple work. We deal with clients from around the state. It is interesting to see how the local industry is changing. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It is a decent living in a solid town.
