Erko International Travel Services

Erko International Travel Services is located right on Frazer Road in Patna, just a short walk away from the Grand Plaza. Our office isn't anything too fancy, but it gets the job done for anyone looking to get their travel papers sorted out. We spend most of our days sitting behind the desks, answering the phone, and looking up flight schedules or visa requirements on the computer. Frazer Road is always quite noisy and busy, so there is usually a lot of activity right outside our door. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we have to speak up a bit when talking to people who come in. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit on while they wait for us to print out their tickets or check on a booking. It’s a pretty simple setup with some old files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't really bother with big advertisements or anything like that because most people find us just by being in the neighborhood. Usually, folks stop by when they are heading to the plaza or just passing through this part of the city. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up when it gets really busy during the holiday seasons. It is just a regular local business where we show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever travel requests come our way that day.
