Our office is Shop No. 8 in the Gangotri Complex on Boring Canal Road. We are quite close to Bikaner Sweets, which is a place most people around here visit often. Boring Road is a lively part of Patna, and there’s always a lot of traffic and people walking about. We’ve been running this travel agency from this spot for a good while. It’s a simple place where we manage car bookings and help people figure out their travel plans. We don't have a big, shiny office. It's just a regular shop with the essentials for doing business. We talk to people who come in, listen to where they want to go, and try to make it happen. We aren't into corporate talk or fancy missions. We just do the work. The area can get pretty busy, especially in the evenings, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the computers are slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just deal with it. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the other shop owners in the complex over the years. It feels like a little community. Most of our work is just practical stuff, like checking routes and prices. We don't try to be anything we're not. If you're near Bikaner Sweets and need a hand with travel, you can just walk in and talk to us. It’s as simple as that and we've been here long enough for people to know us.
