Our small office for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson is tucked away in Munirka, specifically at H.N-50A on the ground floor. If you know New Delhi, you know that the J.N.U area is always buzzing with students and people rushing around. We share the space near Raju Tokas, and it is a typical Delhi setup where things are a bit tight but functional. Working from a ground floor unit means we see everyone passing by on the street all day long. It gets pretty noisy with the traffic and the general chaos of the neighborhood, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time handling the paperwork and the bookings that keep the hotel side of things moving. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters by any means. It is just a practical place where Binit Ku Giri and the rest of the team get the work done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the tea guy comes by twice a day to keep us going. We do not have any big slogans or complex goals. We just show up, answer the phones, and try to make sure the guest details are sorted out correctly. It is a regular job in a busy part of the city, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss or overthinking.
