You can find us at Heera Enclave, specifically Shop No-6 on the ground floor. We are right on New Dak Bunglow Road. It’s a very central part of Patna. Being on the ground floor is nice because we can see everyone passing by. We are right across from Jamal Road and not far from the Airtel store. The shop itself is small. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people need to sit down and talk about their plans. It’s not a fancy setup. The floor is just tile and the walls have a few posters. We’ve been here for several years now. New Dak Bunglow Road is always loud with cars and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We mostly deal with local folks who need help with their tickets or travel arrangements. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the usual stuff that works. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of ink at the wrong time, but we get it fixed eventually. It’s a simple operation. We aren't part of some big international corporation. We are just a local travel company that’s been in the same shop for a long time. People know they can find us here from morning until the evening. We don't have any hidden agendas, just work that needs doing every day for our customers. Most of the time we are just answering the phone or making lists.
