Buddha Smriti Udhyan Development Co. Ltd. (Patna, Bihar).

We are located over at 53B in Sachivalaya Colony, which is right in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we spend most of our mornings and evenings. Most days it’s pretty loud because of the traffic outside on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle the development side for the Buddha Smriti Udhyan, so there is always a lot of talk about landscaping, maintenance schedules, and dealing with government paperwork. It’s mostly just us sitting around these old wooden desks covered in files and blueprints that have seen better days. The ceiling fans hum all day long to keep the Bihar heat away, but sometimes they just move the warm air around. We have a small kitchen area where someone is usually making tea or heating up lunch brought from home. People walk in with questions about the park or looking for someone in charge, and we just do our best to point them in the right direction. It isn't a fast-paced corporate environment. Things take time here, and we spend a lot of it checking on progress or making sure the supplies arrived at the site like they were supposed to. We have a few staff members who have been here for years, and we know all the neighbors in the colony by now. It is just a practical place where the daily work of keeping the park projects moving forward actually happens without any fuss or fancy talk.
