Ankita Tours And Travels is based at House No 1000 on Aims Road. We are part of the Walmi Complex in Phulwarisharif. This part of Patna, with the 801505 pin code, is a bit away from the main city center, but it stays quite busy because of the hospital and the complex. Our office is just a regular room where we manage all the travel bookings. We do things like car rentals and planning out routes for people who are heading out for work or family visits. Being in the Walmi Complex means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s not a shiny, modern office building, but it’s where we do our work and we’ve made it comfortable enough. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the computer for the latest travel updates. Aims Road can get quite dusty and there is always some construction or traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up in the morning, open the door, and start working on the files. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the complex. We try to give them the information they need without making things complicated. It’s just a small, local team here trying to keep things moving. We take our lunch breaks together and wait for the next customer to walk through the door.
