Anand Yatra

Our spot is right outside the terminal building at the airport here in Patna. Being in Sheikhpura, specifically right at the airport grounds, means we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours. It’s a bit of a hectic place to work because of the security and the constant noise of the planes, but we are used to it. We don’t have a big office building, just a place where we coordinate travel for people landing or taking off. We spend a lot of time standing around the terminal area, waiting for the next flight to come in. The weather can be tough, especially in the summer when the tarmac gets really hot, but we stay out there anyway. We’ve seen the airport change a lot over the years with more people traveling now than when we first started. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people get where they need to go once they step off the plane. It’s a lot of long hours and talking to different people from all over. Sometimes the traffic outside the airport gate is a nightmare, so we have to plan around that. We just try to be there when we say we will be. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business. We aren't doing anything special, just making sure cars are ready.
