You can find us over at 304 in the Pushpanjali Complex. It’s right across from the police check-post on Boring Road. If you know Patna, you know that area is always moving. The office itself is in the S K Puri area. It's a busy part of town with a lot of people coming and going. We’ve got a small team here handling various things related to the airline. It’s not a huge airport office, just a local branch where we take care of the paperwork and help people out when they drop by. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phones or checking things on the computers. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. There is a lot of history with the name Air India, and we feel that when we are working here. People come in with all sorts of questions about their travels. We don’t have any fancy lounge or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs and a lot of documents to sort through. It’s a straightforward place to work. We take our lunch breaks when we can and try to keep things organized. It’s just how things go at this branch. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the tickets and queries get handled properly before we head home to our families in the evening.
